I chose Hitler to take half of the blame because he is responsible for most likely half of what happened. I chose the Military to have 20% because they did most of the killing and stuff but you also have to see that Hitler was controlling them. And Jewish faith and other Countries also played a part in the holocaust to but not as much.
Melissa! Interesting that you would blame the Jewish faith itself.... you should expand on that thinking! What about the Jewish faith led to the demise of the Jewish people during the Holocaust? Was it because of hope itself?? I like where your head's at.... keep going!!
ReplyDeletei chose to blame Jewish faith itself because i really think they possibly could have done something about what happened. it seemed that they just sat back and let it happen. i never saw anyone stepping up and trying to do something about it. although its easier said than done. i get that.

ReplyDeleteI think that even though it looks like those being targeted could have done something about what was going on, we don't know what it was truly like for them. What would you do?
Nazi's were so controlling and ruthless you had no choice but to listen to them, or be killed. To me it looks like most people trying to survive in concentration camps had hope, and they had such a strong religion they didn't want to deny it.
